How do I return or exchange my order?

  • A UPS pre-paid return label is printed and included with each shipment. Use of this label will deduct $9 from your return. Exchanges are free! Please email us at cs@patriciagreen.com and we will gladly accommodate a free exchange. 

What are the width of Patricia Green shoes and slippers? 

  • All of our shoes and slippers are a true Medium width. Each product page has specific sizing details where we will let you know specifically how a style fits! 

  What is the best way to get help with my order?

  • Contacting us via email is the quickest way to get a reply. We respond within 24-48 hours Mon-Fri. Please email us at cs@patriciagreen.com. We’re happy to help you!

I don't see a specific style on your website that I purchased from Patricia Green years ago. Do you still make this style?

  • We’re happy to help try to locate - or possibly even make! - the shoe you are looking for. Please email us photos or the style name and we can have our team help you further. We love hearing from our customers and would love to get you the slipper or shoe you are looking for. 

Can I apply a promotional code to an order I’ve already placed?

  • Unfortunately, we cannot retroactively apply promotion codes to any orders.

Are any items excluded from promotional codes?

  • Certain items may be excluded from special offers.

Do you have an incentive for first time purchasers?

  • Customers who opt in to our mailing list will receive a one-time use promotional code at the time you opt in.

Do you charge upon order placement or order shipment?

  • Currently, we charge upon order placement. This includes items marked as pre-order or with a future shipping date.
