How do I return or exchange my order?
How to Return
A return label is included with each shipment. Use of this UPS label will deduct $9 from your return. Your return will be processed within 10-14 business days of receipt.
How to Exchange
Please send back your exchange using the return label provided. We will not charge you for using this free label. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know the shoe and size you would like to exchange for.

Patricia Green will accept returns and exchanges within 30 days. We will pay to ship the exchange item (domestic customers only, limited to one exchange per order).
Please allow 10-14 business days for return processing and the refund reflected on your original form of payment.
What are the width of Patricia Green shoes and slippers?
- All of our shoes and slippers are a true Medium width. Each product page has specific sizing details where we will let you know specifically how a style fits!

I don't see a specific style on your website that I purchased from Patricia Green years ago. Do you still make this style?
- We’re happy to help try to locate - or possibly even make! - the shoe you are looking for. Please email us photos or the style name and we can have our team help you further. We love hearing from our customers and would love to get you the slipper or shoe you are looking for.
Can I apply a promotional code to an order I’ve already placed?
- Unfortunately, we cannot retroactively apply promotion codes to any orders.
Are any items excluded from promotional codes?
- Certain items may be excluded from special offers.
Do you have an incentive for first time purchasers?
- Customers who opt in to our mailing list will receive a one-time use promotional code at the time you opt in.
Do you charge upon order placement or order shipment?
- Currently, we charge upon order placement. This includes items marked as pre-order or with a future shipping date.
