Use of this label will deduct $9 from your return.
Please allow 10-14 business days for return processing, and the refund reflected on your original form of payment.
How to Exchange - for FREE!
Please go to patricia-green-collection.loopreturns.com to process your exchange.
Patricia Green will accept returns and exchanges within 30 days. We will pay to ship the exchange item (domestic customers only, limited to one exchange per order).
Please allow 10-14 business days for exchange processing.
Can I apply a promotional code to an order I’ve already placed?
- Unfortunately, we cannot retroactively apply promotional codes or discounts to any orders.
Are any items excluded from promotional codes?

What are the width of Patricia Green shoes and slippers?
- All of our shoes and slippers are a true Medium width. Each product page has specific sizing details where we will let you know specifically how a style fits!
Do you charge upon order placement or order shipment?
- Currently, we charge upon order placement. This includes items marked as pre-order or with a future shipping date.
I don't see a specific style on your website that I purchased from Patricia Green years ago. Do you still make this style?
- We’re happy to help try to locate - or possibly even make! - the shoe you are looking for. Please email us photos or the style name and we can have our team help you further. We love hearing from our customers and would love to get you the slipper or shoe you are looking for.
Do you have an incentive for first time purchasers?
- Customers who opt in to our mailing list will receive a one-time use promotional code at the time you opt in.
