Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unworn and returned in their original condition and packaging.

A $9 return label fee will be applied to refunds.
Please allow 10–14 business days for processing once your return is received.
Exchanges
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes. We are pleased to offer complimentary exchanges on domestic orders (one exchange per order).
Replacement items will be shipped once your return is processed. Please allow 10–14 business days.
Return Guidelines
To ensure a smooth return process, we kindly ask that:
- Items are unworn and in original condition
- Original packaging is included
- Shoe boxes are not used as shipping boxes
Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Returns that do not meet these standards may be returned to the sender.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery.
Email cs@patriciagreen.com with a photo of the item and packaging. Our team will arrange a replacement or resolution promptly.
Orders & Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday and typically ship within 1 business day.
Orders placed after Friday afternoon or over the weekend will be processed the following business day.
Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified.

All orders are charged at the time of purchase, including pre-order items.
Shipping
U.S. Shipping
- Standard shipping (5–7 business days): $9
- Orders are shipped via USPS
International Shipping
- Delivery may take up to 30 business days (usually less)
- Duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer
- Orders may require additional verification prior to shipment
International Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping, duties, and taxes.
Any duties incurred upon return will be deducted from the refund.
Promotions
- Only one promotional code may be used per order
- Select items may be excluded from promotions
- Promotional codes cannot be applied after purchase
