Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unworn and in original condition.
To begin a return, please visit: patricia-green-collection.loopreturns.com (U.S. orders only)
A $9 return label fee will be applied and deducted from your refund.
Please allow 10–14 business days for processing once your return is received.
Exchanges
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes. We are pleased to offer complimentary exchanges on domestic orders (one exchange per order).

Replacement items typically ship within 10–14 business days.
Promotions
Can I apply a promotional code after placing an order?
Promotional codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be added retroactively.
